We are looking for a high energy professional person to host a new co-working space in Camden Town.

The Coffee Shop serves as the reception area, meaning we need someone comfortable greeting both our members and regular coffee shop customers.

During the busy periods you will help on the till with service, and in the quieter patches you will move throughout the coworking space keeping it lively and productive.

Barista skills aren’t strictly needed but are preferred.

This role would really suit someone gifted with people looking to step away from regular coffee shop roles and get a foot in the door with office environments.

This job needs a proven Leader to head up a new site in a busy location for a reputable brand.

A first timer would struggle in this role, but for an experienced steady hand this could be the cornerstone of a career in the speciality coffee scene.

Beyond the obvious stuff of managing rotas, stock control, and generating steady profit, you’ll need to feel comfortable doing public speaking with small crowds and educating on speciality coffee.

The rate of pay is a base salary of roughly £30’000 with bonuses based on achievable milestones being hit.


We’re helping to find an office assistant who understands speciality coffee in and out. Reporting directly in to the Managing Director, this role is aimed at someone who has been working as a barista and wants to see a different side of the industry.

Meticulous in detail, this role needs someone comfortable with Excel, Email, Google Drive, and the usual social media platforms like facebook or instagram.

The role can start whenever the right person arrives, and the rate of pay is a respectable salary.
