We have an exciting new opportunity for a friendly, experienced barista to take a position as head barista / Head of coffee at our Ealing shop, working closely with other branches and our roastery.
At Electric Coffee Co we serve our own, expertly roasted, speciality coffee.
We’re conveniently situated opposite Haven Green near Ealing Broadway Station.
We use a beautiful La Marzocco KB90 and Mhalkonig E80 Supreme grinders.
We are well established in the area, serving speciality coffee here since 2008. with friendly regular customers.
What’s on offer?
The role
Based at our Ealing shop you will work with the team serving coffee to our customers
Working with an area manager, you will help to develop our coffee offer further, identify training opportunities within the team and to deliver structured training.
This will include evaluating workflow and efficiency. The opportunity to contribute ideas for the redevelopment of our counter layout and equipment purchases.
Some time will be spent on cupping and choosing our coffee selection.
There will be an opportunity to evaluate and train head baristas at other sites.
