General Manager Norwich Full Time - Permanent £21K - £25K PA DOE
Here at Kofra, a high-end specialty Coffee Roaster & Brewer, we have the pleasure of hiring a General Manager. This is a unique, demanding position that will be highly rewarding for the right individual.

This will be reflected on to and by you, the General Manager.
Have no doubt this will be a challenging job but equally rewarding. As part of our business ethos you will need to start as a barista during a handover period, learning the business from the ground up and stepping into the GM role when ready. You will maintain daily barista duties while having GM responsibilities, this is not a desk job, or for someone looking to get away from the bar.

Under our employment, staff have travelled to global exhibitions representing our very special brand, attended a wide range of events and all grown with the business.
Specialty coffee experience is a must for this role, that said if you don’t have any and you think you are a great manager with the organisational skills and mentality to be fantastic, apply anyway, why not.
In an ideal world you will have experience maintaining specialist brewing equipment, that said we are more focussed on your attitude and personality, so a keen willingness to learn will go a long way.
