Common Ground is a unique cafe-eatery in Finsbury Park named as one of North London’s best brunch spots (The Nudge, The Modern House). We’re proudly independent, with good ethics and we look after our team. Our menu is vegetarian and we aim to run our kitchen sustainably.
What we’re looking for:
Great energy, enthusiasm and commitment to the role Experience of working in a fasted paced environment (min 1 year) Specialty barista skills (with good latte art skills) Someone who truly loves giving exceptional personable customer service Ability to lead the team confidently when needed when other managers are away Happy to muck in with less glamorous jobs and to ensure H&S regulations are followed A team player with a love for good food and coffee An organised, detail-oriented approach to work.
