We are looking for a high-energy and confident front of house manager to head up our fabulous front of house team! We’re looking for someone high energy, experienced and proactive with a love of great coffee and baked goods!

Duties include: - You oversee and/or execute FOH staff scheduling and ordering. - You take a leading role in hiring, team training and onboarding new staff. - You working closely with BOH team to inform future production quantities for the short term and long term. - You are the main point of contact for any problems that may occur, or any customer complaints that might happen. You provide the pinnacle of customer service and act as a role model for the entire team. - You make sure all FOH staff are consistently delivering high quality service, energy is high and all customers are given full attention and speedy service. You provide positive and negative feedback regularly where needed. - You make sure that the queue is always being managed, seating areas are attended to and all other important focusses are looked after (e.g. display, floor cleanliness, bread rack, retail fridge etc). - You ensure that important tasks such as stock taking duties, setting up and setting down duties, and weekly cleaning schedules are all looked after and done on time. - You take a key role in developing new strategies, initiatives and processes, as well as new retail stock options and drinks. You have a strong grasp of what makes our business profitable and are able to come up with innovative solutions and ideas that drive our business forward. - You make sure that your team execute their share of administrative tasks and record keeping on time (e.g. fridge temp records and covid forms etc).

Key qualities we are looking for: - High energy and positive attitude - Ability to have outstanding and inspiring interactions with customers - Proactive and ready to step outside your comfort zone to solve problems, keeping a positive attitude at all times. - You find joy in leading a team of people and keeping spirits high - At least 1 year of previous leadership experience, preferably in hospitality. - You must be confident and capable with making speciality coffee. If you have experience as a head barista, even better!

Salary: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
