Responsibilities:
Craft and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry, showcasing your expertise in espresso extraction and latte art. Provide warm and welcoming customer service, engaging with guests to create memorable experiences and build lasting relationships. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, ensuring that every aspect of the environment reflects our commitment to quality and excellence. Collaborate with team members to uphold standards of excellence in all aspects of café operations, from beverage preparation to customer interactions. Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a barista in a specialty coffee setting, with capability to manage busy rushes without a sweat. Proficiency in espresso preparation techniques, including dialing in, shot timing, and milk texturing. Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating meaningful connections with guests. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
