Brown and Rosie -Serving our signature well – travelled breakfast and al day food and drinks menus, along with our freshly roasted Australian coffee from the Pablo and Rusty’s Sydney, our style is open, relaxed and friendly.

We’re looking for a talented, hardworking and experienced Front of House Staff/Bar Attendant/ Experienced Baristas/ Head of Bar to join The Brown and Rosie family. If you have drive, a positive attitude and the ability to inspire a team to provide fab service, we want to hear from you!

You’ll be a natural leader, passionate about developing your team and you’ll love the buzz of a busy service. We’re lucky to have one of if not the closest group of senior leaders in the hospitality industry, and expect the very best from all our teams.

We would love to hear from you if you:

Have a passion for quality coffee

Have at least 3-5 years of management experience in a quality coffee shop

Love a chinwag

Have high hygiene and safety standards

Are ambitious and motivated

Have an excellent work ethic

Have strong coffee skills

Confidence to supervise/manage a shift where required.

At least three years experience working in speciality coffee

Experience in training other staff members to make coffee

Clear understanding of milk texturising, brew ratios and extraction

Knowledge of dialling in grinders and machines
