More About the Machine technician job role

You will have incredible customer facing skills, be able to think on your feet and get excited at the idea of working with some of the world’s best coffee day in day out.

As one of the UK’s most innovative roasters, you’ll get the opportunity to work on exciting projects such as new product releases from leading machine manufacturers & machine customisation projects.

Based in the South East, you will be responsible for installing, servicing and maintaining our customers’ equipment within London and the wider South-East region.

Repairs and installations could sometimes be out of hours, so there will be times when the role requires flexibility with your working hours. A full UK driving license is essential.

Previous technical experience within the coffee industry is desirable, and a love and passion for coffee, a keen interest in machinery and a “fix-it” mentality is essential.

When it comes to improving your skills and knowledge, you will receive mentorship and training from some of the best technicians in coffee.
