Redemption Roasters is a speciality coffee company with a difference. We are the world’s first prison-based coffee Company. At our roastery in HMP The Mount, and at nine behind-bars coffee academies, we train offenders in speciality coffee skills with the aim of reducing reoffending in the UK. We roast for over 150 wholesale clients and operate seven coffee shops in Central London.
We are currently looking for a Shop Manager for our King’s Cross (Coal Drops Yard) store.

Responsibilities include: - Achieving sales budget - Controlling labour costs - Controlling GP and wastage - Stock taking - Staffing and rotas - Health & Safety and Food Safety - Training - Running Shifts - Exceptional coffee skills - Excellent customer service
