Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook delicious and visually appealing dishes
- Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Ensure food quality and presentation standards are met
- Monitor and manage food inventory
- Follow food safety standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef in a high-end kitchen
- Culinary relevant certification
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and flavors
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Food handler’s certificate
