We’re looking for energetic, motivated people, ideally with some hospitality experience to strengthen our core team. An interest in sport and the great outdoors is welcome!
Key responsibilities: - Open/close shop - Lead small team on shift - Provide amazing service - Follow procedures & lead by example - Maintain health & safety - Liaise with directors - Effective communication - Assist with rotas - Train & develop new starters, including input with recruitment/selection - Ensure shop is kept to our high cleanliness & hygiene standards - Assist with stock take & orders - Barista experience beneficial but not essential
This role is perfect for a gap year student or recent graduate looking to gain some management experience, and an understanding of how to run a small business that will help give them skills you cannot learn at school or university!
Barista training will be provided if needed, hospitality experience is not essential as long as you have the right attitude and willingness to learn and work with a great team.
Applicants must be available to work weekdays and weekends.
