Since 2011, we’ve been sourcing, roasting and brewing the best coffee we can. We aim to showcase the incredible work of farmers and producers at origin through transparent roasting practices, skilful and careful drink construction, and friendly and approachable service.
We want to get people excited about great coffee and are looking for Baristas for our Marylebone and Fitzrovia coffee bars to help us do this. If you enjoy chatting with people and know how the smallest things can make a positive difference in someone’s day, we’d love to hear from you.

What are we looking for?
Friendly, approachable individuals who can work well with a variety of people.
A desire to continually develop and improve.
Strong English and effective communication skills.
Previous experience making coffee in a speciality environment is desirable.
What the role entails:
Bring your experience and our expertise to the bar to provide a welcoming environment for guests, helping them get the perfect drink or find the ideal beans or home brewing method.
Working to recipe in a clean, calm, efficient manner, ensuring smooth service and high-quality drink production.
Keeping up to date with our continually evolving range of seasonal coffees.
Working collaboratively with your team colleagues to maintain a well-organised cafe and welcoming shop floor.
