Lantana is an Australian-run independent restaurant business in London consistently recognised as a leader in our field of all day casual dining and speciality coffee. Our style of food reflects Australia’s tropical climate, healthy lifestyle and our rich and varied multicultural heritage, using flavours and cooking techniques from across the culinary globe.

We are looking for a barista to join us in bringing our Lantana wow factor and something truly different and innovative to our new B&I site. This role will be working on our lead barista bar. You will have a General Manager who you report to and a team of four other baristas. The coffee is free issue so the barista bar is busy. There is a lot of scope to be innovative with what we have on offer!

This is an hourly paid position for up to £12.50 per hours, depending on experience, for an average of 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will also receive 28 days paid holiday per year and enrolment into our company pension scheme.

  • Has a background in speciality coffee
