We are a specialty, single-origin coffee roasters born and based in Oxford (UK). We are part of a generation of coffee growers in Colombia with a strong focus on delivering high-quality coffee and education, whilst supporting our small Farmers’ conditions to ensure our coffee is sustainable and ethical.
We are now looking for an experienced Barista to join the team. We are looking for fun, passionate and hard-working people to join our coffee family. • The role will be a mixture of working on the bar producing beautiful coffees, but also being present on the shop floor and working the till, so exceptional customer service skills are a must.
• To ensure the quality of drinks being served is of the highest possible standard, we are looking for experienced baristas with a solid understanding of espresso extraction theory and different brewing techniques, alongside good latte art.
• We are looking for people with genuine love and passion for our industry; one that translates to our guests’ experience every time.
• Working with some of the best machinery; La Marzocco Strada AV, Mythos II, EK 43 grinders and Marco Boiler systems.
This position is full-time Working 5 shifts out of 7.
28 days holiday (including public holidays), pension scheme.
