THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for an experienced, driven and eager account manager to join our UK wholesale team.

You will be excited about people, sales, speciality coffee and hospitality; and committed to ensuring an exceptional and consistent end-to-end experience for our wholesale customers.

You will be full supported by the Senior Account Manager and Head of Wholesale, but equally self-motivated and great at self management. 

The role is London-based but will require frequent travel nationally.

ABOUT YOU:

  • 2 years experience in the industry, previous account management experience extremely desirable.

  • Sound knowledge of coffee and a hunger to learn more.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a high level of attention to detail. 

  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers.

  • Above all, an unwavering commitment to customer service and hospitality.
