Mission Coffee Works has big plans and lots of positive changes ahead. From rebranding and creating new opportunities to keeping eyes open to find a space for our new flagship store…everything and anything is possible.
We are looking for an experienced Account manager to join the team. Someone who has good energy that fits with ours AND a yes-can-do attitude.
KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Work closely with the rest of the team to create and champion the company’s coffee culture. Communicate it through all staff, supplier and customer relationships.
Forge new customer relationships, manage your pipeline and maintain existing customer base in order to increase revenue each quarter.
Work in collaboration with the roastery team to improve and develop products based on customer feedback.
Provide insights and intelligence into the coffee world, support ongoing growth and create sustainable and profitable business.
Be actively involved in UK Coffee Community by maintaining & creating relationships, participating in events.
You will come from a strong sales background with a history of hitting KPI’s
Be a confident people person who can self source new business leads and meetings
Possess strong coffee knowledge and barista skills
Full clean driving licence
The role will be London based with frequent national and occasional international travel.
